These sort of events are great for villages, although I think Buntingford is actually a small town, as they raise monies for local and national groups. By 1.00PM the British Legion raffle prize was £130 and was increasing all the time. A 3.00PM draw meant it should be at least £300 with the other half of the sales making the pot for donation to this worthy cause.
Mostly cars but also a few bikes made for an interesting if eclectic mix which made a change from the usual suspects seen at local shows.
We stopped for a couple of hours and then went for a leisurely spin around some of east Hertfordshires less travelled roads.
