Now, I'm on the look out for something of a project, I've done the restoration. With inspirations from GingerBear and Brian450 and many others that have trodden, documented and turned out some amazing pieces of work I would like to do something similar.
So I'm looking for something like a Z1000 A1 or A2 or perhaps another Z900 (I prefer the the tank shape). I don't want something in good condition as I would like to put my own mark on it.
My aim is to create something that has more modern front and rear ends, but still in keeping with the classic look.
Yes, I know it's been done before and I will be looking to those who have the experience to pick their brains.
If anybody has or knows of a suitable bike let me know.
as usual it needs to be cheap as chips as I realise I will need money to do all the work
