Kiwiz, you'll get different answers from different people. I tend to err on the safe side. So with a set of 900 cylinders (66mm stock), 1015cc (70mm) is the most I'll go personally - there are people who say 104cc (71mm) is the max, but that leaves a very thin wall.
Similar with the 1015cc cylinders, I'll only ever go 1075cc (72mm), although I know people running 1105cc (73mm). With both the 1045cc and 1105cc bores for 900 & 1000 respectively, I do know several people who distorted the sleeves - not something worth risking for a small number more cc's.
