I'm missing the top one from my fuel tap, any idea's where from or alternatives?....

Reproduction decals in Canada do a plastic one, if this is the mesh that you mean. Haven't seen one in the UK, but hope to be proved wrong.

I asked the same question and got a reply that they are similar to the filter on atco mowers.
