Was the Bs number for replacement exhaust BS AU 193 If so was there any letters or numbers after that?

Think you've got it all there Brian.
I'm pretty sure that it doesn't apply anymore and for M.O.T. test,exhaust noise is at the tester's discretion :??
Just double check with your M.O.T. station or tester.
Can't see your ZED failing :wink:

As long as it doesn't say "For Race Use Only" or "Not for Road Use" then (as Jack says) its down to the MOT testers ears :wink:
