Steve
No steering lock cover was fitted to the Z1/A/B.The hole is for the grub screw that retains the lock in position within the bottom yoke.

Now thats a good question I am led to believe it is a european bike, history shows it being serviced in Holland at one time. Any pictures or covers available?

Mick,From the look of it and from the shape of the casting around my steering lock, the lower of the two covers in the picture is the one that would fit my bike, please PM me with details if it is available :D many thanks,Steve

Thats interesting, thanks for the link Mick but i think the round cover is the one i need, judging from the look of my lock and the wear marks on the yoke...didn,t think to look on e-bay.
