You'll probably have to bore the cases for the bigger liners.

Some 900 cases will accept 1000 barrels - but you do need to make sure the barrels will seat firmly and squarely to the cases. One some engines you only need to remove a very small amount of metal from the cases to get the barrels to fit.

Ideally you have the cases split to do this.
73 Z1 (turbocharged), a 74 Z1A, and some h***a's and Suzuki's...
