z1100r rear shocks

i started stripping my z11r today to start my resto job and found the rear shock are off a 750 Zephyr are they the same shocks as the z11r or not ie are they same length they look the same but diffrent colour bodies on them

1100R had Kayaba shocks fitted as standard and the distance between the hole centres is either 345mm or 350mm,can't remember which.

thanks london the ones that are fitted are kayba to but not mesured them yet but they look the same as z11r but are a not gold they mettalic gray this is what the zephyer had fitted as standard i think

If you have a word with Phil at Z-POWER he should be able to tell you if the Zephyr shocks are the same as 1100R,as he's got a Zephyr himself.
A mate of mine had some 1100R shocks and he told me that you couldn't re-build 'em,but i can't see why you can't.
Ohlins are the best shocks if you decide to get some aftermarket shocks.
Z-P0WER stock 'em and club members get discount. :vcool
