Dogs I can't believe you want to paint your bike that shitty, bluey, green colour

RWHS use the most shite painter I have ever seen.

They're gonna be as common as muck soon - I MUCH prefer the Blue - but am struggling to find a good colour match - I have had "Z1000 Side panel" In my Ebay watch for almost a year now (a blue panel would be the cheapest option to buy for a colour match) and nothing has show up - However, a Red set did! - it was "peiced out" but the tank had a Buy it now of $200 and $70 shipping just One pic of the left side of the tank - it was being sold by a dealer so when they said it was new they knew what they were talking about . . . . Right? . . . .. WRONG!!! Firstly the tank was not new - it was nice paint and lovely inside but did have tell tale wear marks . .

I would have been fine with it . . . . . . . If it didn't have a fecking bullet hole in the side!!!! I kid you not, this guy shipped over a tank described as New Old Stock with a fecking hole in it! - Not only that but he refused to issue any sort or refund or compensation and went Ape when he got a negative feedback!

Oh And RWHS painters were just diabolical . . . They do everything on the cheap and I actually tried them Once (they are local to me) never again . . . you get what you pay for!

Interesting stuff! . . My Own tailpiece is, I am confident 100% original paint, it looks slightly different due to the flash and not natural sunlight - but the stripes do not overlap

TLC and My tail piece has the gold pin striping that overlaps - Japanese don't you know

That is interesting, my tailpiece is also definitely original paint but it is 'made in Japan' yet came off a US bike, but seeing yours Rick takes me back to a previous thread where a few here seemed to think a made in US part was a pattern part, in that thread I said that I had another tailpiece in original paint which was 'made in USA' and that was also definitely original, I did say then that I was sure the US plant either produced, or sourced some of their own parts occasionally.
