Finally fitted.

Made up a new throttle cable and installed an adjustable main jet and it fired first kick.

Did you sort your bouncy gauges you never mentioned again,i found a 10/15 thou drilled hole in a blanked adapter dampened enough to be responsive without the bounce. :bng
Nice idea for the chain guide,is it bog std ptfe nylon in black

Bouncy gauge is now kaput :( .(The bourbon tube eventually split a couple of days ago during a high speed fly past :lol: )
It did come with an in line restrictor/damper but the gauge was just sh*t quality (Auto gauge) anyhow so now looking for something of decent quality and glycerine damped.

Chain guide is black Polyethelene.
First one i made on the Wakisaki is showing no sign of wear after ten years use.

This should do you then,may be a bit big though being 50mm,but they are available in 25-30mm glycerine filled and bottom or back entry connection in 1/8th or 1/4 bsp sizes :lol:

Am i missing something ? A link maybe ??? :?? .

I looking for a 52mm 0 to 30psi gauge (No need for vac reading) with rear connection.

Yes! Seen those but they don't do liquid filled smaller that 63mm and can't find anywhere that does so looks like i'll have to risk another none liquid one, but a good Auto Meter one this time and see what happens.

I found some on sale at Grainger otherwise they retail around the $50 mark.
Buy a few,the annoying thing i had 6 glycerine left over from a job years ago i was saving and they got lost in the many house moves bummer

I'm sure I bought my one from Think Automotive in Twickenhan but it does show vac as well which is handy when running a blower when crusing
