Hi Bri. I'm sure you probably know this but thought i'd mention it anyway. When you re-do the bracing don't weld right up to the corner as had been previously done on the plate's you are removing. You need to leave a gap other wise it creates a high stress point. Thats why places such as the top and bottom of the pressed steel swingarm cum engine mount are left open and not coz the japs are being skimpy with the welding rod.
