Dunno what you mean Biggy but I would just check the Z Power web site and order a set from them. Not many pounds and quick delivery :D

I did and damaged them, as you do! I've actually found an excellent tool shop down here which supplies O rings. I have searched all my books but nothing about the actual size. I'm guessing they're 10mm. I agree Z Power is great in getting stuff out to me, it's just the postal service over here is a bit hit and miss.

got to strip my calipers down, think i have o rings missing as they clatter about on the bracket. i have a box of assorted o rings which i use for work and hoped to use them. any DIY shop or builders yard stock them. providing nothing gets in the way i am stripping them in the morning. according to the zpower parts book you need 8 rings for the a4 and 4 for the z1a. but there are all sorts of bits of rubber in them, so a will probably end up buying a kit.

The trouble I had was getting the bolts to go through the bracket without trashing the rubber. When you say 8 O rings are needed do you mean 4 per caliper?

thats it, 4 per caliper, i coudnt work out why 8 for the a4, there are only 4 in the diagram, two calipers on the a4, 2 each side of the holding bracket.

Try using a little vaseline, it certainly helped me!
