Disconnect each part at a time to establish which bits and connections are cousing the problem. Something is going down to earth when you switch the ignition on.

I agree,if you have had it all to bits you will just have to do disconnects and try again,something is obviously shorting out...........unfortunately you will probably go through a lot of fuses.Start with the easy bits like lights,indicators,horn etc and work your way through,check your switchgear isn,t shorting on the bars all your earths etc. good luck.
