can any one shed any light have rebuilt my z1b put new harness and all new switches every thing new but rectifier regulator starter solenoid when ignition turned on fuse just blows any one got any ideas doing my head at the moment

Hi John

Disconnect each part at a time to establish which bits and connections are cousing the problem. Something is going down to earth when you switch the ignition on.

I agree,if you have had it all to bits you will just have to do disconnects and try again,something is obviously shorting out...........unfortunately you will probably go through a lot of fuses.Start with the easy bits like lights,indicators,horn etc and work your way through,check your switchgear isn,t shorting on the bars all your earths etc. good luck. :D
