After a new tyre has been fitted to rim what is the best way to stop it 'grabbing' the rim deflate it and apply soft soap?

there is not much you can do about the tyre sticking to the rim you have to be careful what you use as most soap / washing up liquid & such have chemicals in them that will corrode the rim & anything too slippery will cause the tyre to creep on the rim.
