Rich if you put a small amount on leave it for a short time and clean off with Crystal Glo it take's out all the top grime and those small rust spots. Be careful on the time you leave it on though and always err on the side of caution. I do not want loads of emails from guys with stripped frames! Before I try the t cut does it leave any scratch's on the surface. I have avoided it in the past a I assumed it worked by cutting into a surface.
Cheers Ian.

Ian - All polishes remove surface material, most scratches are caused by the cloth used as opposed to the polish. Don't use your daughters best sequinned top, an old t-shirt is usually the best, don't start off with the cruddy dry bit from the neck of the bottle and wash the frame first to get the grit off it. You should be able to achieve a finish at least as good if not better than the original.
