Will mount a rim with a 180 rear tire on my Z1000 A2. For that will I need an offset sprocket, can any one tell me how much offset I need. Plan to buy it from Webike, as I will order an exhaust from them.
Or do I have to measure my self?
Will use a Zephyr 750 swingarm with ZX6R -01 rim.

Would of thought a 5/8 offset and also 530 pitch chain would be required for clearance?
What wheel are you using Fred - modern running gear or having a Z respoked?
Modern bikes usually run 530 or 525 pitch so you'll probably need new chain / sprockets.

Hope this is making sense and of some help.
Consider gearing ratios if ordering sprockets (530) 18 / 40 on mine but that could change.

Will use a wheel from a ZX6R. Its fitted with a 525 sprocket (http://www.ebay.com/itm/JT-525-REAR-Spr ... 3726wt_908).
The cheapest solution would be to find a suitable 630 rear sprocket for the zx6r wheel (like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/JT-630-REAR-Spr ... 3726wt_908).
As I have 630 chains in decent condition.
But the weight loss would be sweet. However that would require a everything new; chain, offset sprocket and rear sprocket, all 530. Which means money.

Yeh, unfotunately its all about the money. Keep us posted as it comes together.
Looks like Pigfords offer is the way to go.
