tacho drive seal

have a leaky tacho drive from the engine.
is it just the kit i need 1 oring and plastic bit to fix, and do i need to remove the cam to get at it.

All you need to do is undo the retaining screw pull out the drive {it may require turning slightly to ease it out and when replacing it } replace the o ring and replace with a little oil on it for lubrication. Did mine a couple of years ago now drier than an arabs fart.

As our kid says, dead easy, no need to remove cam, seal just levers out and o'ring is, well, just an o'ring, so a piece of pish. 'fraid I don't know anything about how dry our middle eastern friends farts are, frankly it worries me that my brother does!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
