Headlight
My MOT tester has stated that my headlight is a european one and not a uk one....beam points the wrong way. Would anyone have a uk headlight for sale? Does anyone have a link to one? Another challenge for Z1bman??
I've been told this would do:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Classic-Mini- ... 663wt_1399
Any comments?

if your not bothered about originality then the wipac ones should be perfectly ok & be a slight improvement on the original

What bike? I have a rectangular J/ELR/GPz spare. If looking for round i do have a couple but not sure what from. Give me the diameter and i'll measure. They are complete units removed from my Harris and Z900 but they are not original Z parts. Will get you through an MOT though!

Martin thanks for the offer, it did pass an MOT and he did state that he sees a few like it. So I thought I would start looking into alternatives. I would very much like to stay original but sourcing one is going to prove difficult, maybe, not fully tried to find one yet. So I may come back to you on this one.
Scott, any 7" standard light unit will do the job. I just got some from ebay such as item number 160955551450. They are a bit flatter than the standard item so leave a bit more room for wiring & connectors etc. Passed mot ok but I havent rode in the dark yet! Comes with pilot light & rubber cover for the back (although i didnt use the cover).
Hope this helps
