The tank isn't alloy it's steel I have stripped the paint off. I got it from the states it's off a 1967 benelli mojav same age as me. The plan is to let it go rusty and then mat laquer it or paint it mat black or mat silver

I've been looking at the front end for the last 10 minutes, just trying to see what wheel you were using, glasses on, looked again! There's not one there! :D

Bought two exhaust systems, played about with one cutting it up. I now have 2 into2 headers, I am going to get a pair off megaphones. I decided to make something up as there is nothing available that looks ok, they are all like a pair off scaffold tubes down one side not really any good for a cafe racer look

Spent sat cutting and shutting header pipes to shape. Tempory bolted it on ready to weld it all together and make the hangers. Also bent some tube for subframe, so when mounts are made i will crack on with subframe over xmas. Tank has has had the neck cut off and a brass neck has been silver soldered to the tank for the monza cap. Hopefully the front wheel should be here tomorrow from the wheel builders so once i have painted one more disc and fitted tyre it will be in. Also swingarm is coming out to have the braces cut off and some tubular ones fitted spaced out even both sides as i don't like the way they are at the moment uneven.
