In the early 80's one of my mates had one of the original production race series cars from 1975 when they were featured on the front cover of Motor Sport HJN911N, they were all red ones I think :D :D

I spotted this car a bit a go and knew it was the one for me.I couldn't get to see it as i was going on holiday and it seemed as though it wasn't meant to be as when i returned it had changed hands.

It then reappeared and i just had to have it.Its absolutely and totally what i was looking for.Its a reasonably tidy and solid clubman rally car.Its been done to a decent standard in the past and reckon its had a fair few quid spent on it.Some might groan at it only having a crossflow fitted, but for me its just perfect.I really couldn't be happier..

This is a brief spec..

Transmission

Rocket 4 speed Tran-X s/c c/r gear box , quick shift gear lever , single propshaft , strengthened & braced English axle with LSD

Suspension/Brakes

Bilstein World cup front struts with RTM , WCXM , Q/rack , Uprated anti roll bar with double width mountings, Alloy sump guard , Bilstein rear turret dampers , single leaf slipper springs and 5 linked axle (has option on shell to fit watts linkage set up) Adj. bias pedal box , hyd hand brake , aeroquip flexi , RS2000 vented brakes etc .
