Folks, How can I find out what the original colour would have been on a UK 1975 900 Z1B please?

Folks, thanks for replies so far. I already knew it should be Candy super blue or candy super red but how can I find out which of those 2 colours it would have been when supplied new?
Thanks,
Roger :)

Roger, you will need to write to DVLA to obtain a list of all previous owners of your bike. I think it's called "fee paying services" and it used to cost £5 (unless it's changed). They will send you a copy of every V5 from new as long as it's an original UK bike. I did this with mine when I bought it in 2001.

Dave, Thanks I should have thought of that. Yes it is a UK bike. I'll put a post up when I've got details back.
:D
