Z1R Grips

Looking for two sets of rubber grips for Z1R.
They are shorter than the standard rubbers .....

Anyone who can help ?!

Peter look for some Old BSA or Triumph Grips they are shorter at about 105mm, pattern wont be the same but if you looking for originality then it big money I'm afraid as they are very difficult to find and expensive when you do step through grips off the little cub range can be reamed out to fit as well as they are around 100mm long

Grips for Z1R are advertised on ebay fairly regularly but the original items are rare and usually mega expensive as they have not been reproduced.

Perfectly correct Kev :) however they are too long, fell for that one :x

The S looks fantastic Peter.

I have wondered about the unusual side stand location and whether it is specific to the S frame or if there is a separate bracket meaning it can be retro fitted?

Never seen an s 'in the flesh'

Fairly easy to replicate?

Change of exhaust & badges but looking at the fuel tank - it looks like the larger 4.5 gallon one, but with a flush fitting offset filler like the smaller 3.1 gallon.

Definitely an interesting bike
