Correct rear mudguard mounting rubbers for A4?

#1 PostAuthor: sprint » Wed Mar 25, 2015 7:29 pm

The Z Power parts book, page 28, only list one set of front rubber assembly parts which is assumed to fit and be the same for both the Z1 and A4 series?

The parts being item No's, #8 to #14 inclusive. However, on my A4 these parts are the same as those used for mounting the rear fender cover, item No's #26, #27, #10,#24, #25 & #31.

My understanding is that the Z1's sandwiched the plastic inner rear mudguard cover between the steel guard and the mounting frame loop whilst on the A4 the inner rear guard is now mounted separately on a modified frame loop which has an extended lip to which the inner guard is now mounted. However, this is not reflected in any apparent change to the mounting rubber assy in the parts book but seems to have been changed during build?

Which are the correct mounting rubber parts?
