Sprocket cover

#1 PostAuthor: Pinhead » Mon Dec 01, 2014 9:16 pm

After dropping and breaking my sprocket cover
I found one on ebay from the usa
The one they sent was not the one in the picture
It has a metal inner with what looks like rubber in side
It's also deferent from the one I have
Can I use it or try to sent it back

You should be entitled to return it under eBay rules if it is not as described.
Take a copy of the sale ad photo and one of what they sent - so you have some proof.

Good luck with it.

The steel inner can be removed, along with the 'sound deadening' material.

not involving myself it whether its suitable or not because there are members way more knowledgeable than me that have answered that query. my input is that with ebay there is an excellent after sales service, i have used them several times and always been awarded the money back, just follow the procedure, never get nasty with the seller and follow it through, im never sure whether the money comes from the seller or from ebays pot, i guess it depends on the individual situation.
I DONT CARE, IN OR OUT BUT IM ENJOYING THE DEBATE......................ARMSTRONG MT500. a pushbike, waves.....addict, no offence
