Stopped Running

#1 PostAuthor: Wayne1960 » Mon Sep 29, 2014 6:48 pm

Ok after rebore bike started and was running great on and off had it running fir about 4 days.
It then started to cough and splutter and eventual to could get it going. Came back from holiday and striped carbs and checked jets ect.
Tried again and nothing. Checked points and no spark!
Any ideas? I've checked the connections and looks ok, it's strange that over a period of say 2 hours it just got worse until it just stopped fireing.
Just purchased a 1976 UK Z900 A4 for renovation. Wish me luck.
Bike now finished what a joy!
