Check main earth connections as a first step.

Then check there's nothing rubbed through or chafing at the headstock or where the looms go into the headlamp.

I had this prob not long ago with the main fuse only , it was an exposed wire from the fuse that kept blowing the fuse.
is yours all fuses or just one fuse ?

It is just blowing the main fuse or should I say was, after I left it for a day it stopped blowing either something moved or cooled down.I have bought a new regulator/rectifier and checked cables near headstock.

Yeah to be honest best bet is to take off the bodywork and just be methodical and check over whole loom covering for splits, and give every connector a good clean up. Should find the problem and its peace of mind for the future too. :)

Take the bodywork and tank off, replace fuse with 1/4" nail turn ignition on and see where the smoke / heat comes from first! It could be high resistance on the wire that's doing it, even if the connectors look Ok if it's the original loom all the wires will probably be oxidising under the plastic. Otherwise as stated check headstock wiring especially the white ignition switch feed.

You only need a 1/4 with a kawa they don't have such a good charging system as H**** s, 8mm is a bit over the top, you may even be able to go down to 6mm without blowing it!!!
I did that on a trident T150V of mine, worked a treat, it was a knackered zener doing it, unplugged zener, rode her home and replaced zener and bit of wire - no problems after that.
