Torque settings

#1 PostAuthor: Muddychris » Thu Sep 20, 2007 4:27 pm

I'm about to torqe the head down on the eddie lawson. Bolts 13 and 14 are 10mm bolts on the out side of the block. Are these torqued down to the same settings as the rest of the head bolts?

I've torqued everything down to 18 the next step is 29 which seems a little over the top for a 10mm bolt and i dont realy want one to snap off

Regards

Chris
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

in lbs x .0833 = ft-lbs

104 x .0833 =

8.6 ft-lbs
