I have kept the price down as much as possible, very hard though,ti is so expensive,it is around £600 for 50mm solid ti,which then is cnc machined for the stubs for the down pipes to slip on,the swarf made in making them is silly,i had to order £5000 worth of ti tube so the titanium mill would make me a one off size,i am the only firm on the planet who has 41.28mm-1 5/8" ti tube

Yes,do not like springs all over exhausts, only my personal opinion, plus if you have slip joints they upset the flow of gas, this way it is much smoother,i have had titanium weld on tabs laser cut,if customers want the racing exhaust style that is no problem to do,i am fairly flexible with customers needs
Cheers Dave
