Reproduction decals

#1 PostAuthor: Pasc » Mon Jul 16, 2007 5:22 pm

I've just had some repro decals arrive today for my 1000J from http://www.reproductiondecals.com/default_frameset.html?content.html~main
Whilst I haven't yet had time to stick them on they look and feel to be very good quality.

Fork leg decals
caliper logos
Master cylinder fluid info
Engine oil and oil filter decal ( the one from the footrest hanger)
Daily safety check sticker
Battery vent hose routing
Air intake warning (not sure where this one goes)
?14 and arrived in approx 4 days.
I would reccommend them.

With regards to decals I have noticed that a lot of them seem to me to be wider than the originals. my old Z900 in brown had it's original paint and the coloured stripes were half the thickness of many of the resto's I see now, is this because not all decal sets are accurate or because of variations in kawasaki's original paint anyone know?
