Rearsets for Z900

#1 PostAuthor: martinz1000r » Fri Jun 29, 2012 2:28 pm

Recommendations please. Final piece of my Z900 coming together. With the new exhaust system the customised footrests and hangers no long fit (upward sweep of the exhaust).

Need a recommendation on rear-sets that use original mountings but I need to use the kick start. It is a rear disc model and I have no electric start and cant always guarantee to be on a hill.......

Guess i might have to make my own back plates?

Tarozzi are v.good - with foldable footrests for the kickstarter

Ignore my setup - I had to adapt it for my unique rear m/c arrangement
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

Martin,
I went for Tarrozi with the folding peg, bolted straight on, but the kickstart still hits the outside of the foot peg when up ( only slightly though)

The other issue I have with them, is at full kick down, you can also hit the rear brake peg.
