Z1 Positive Battery Cable

#1 PostAuthor: DaveZ1 » Sun Jun 10, 2012 6:50 pm

Hello all, been looking for a main positive battery lead for my Z1A goes from positive on the battery to the starter solenoid.
I actually only need the red boot/cover on the battery end but there difficult to remove from the cable without damaging
them so I guess they will have to come as one.
Pulling what little hair I have left out trying to find an original one online.

Thanks for the link Kev but its an original I'm after, that reproduction one would be ok but the
boot/terminal cover on the solenoide end is black and should be red.
The kawasaki part number for the cable with the terminal covers fitted is: Part # 26010-027
Also according to Dave Marsdon's restoration book Kawasaki made the battery terminal cover
available as a separate item Part #92073-030 but I've yet to find one anywhere.
Cheers , Dave
