Unitrack 1100 B's and P's

#1 PostAuthor: Al » Thu Dec 01, 2011 12:45 pm

Only got the J and B manual so looking for data for the Unitrack barrels and pistons please.

Bore is 72.5mm standard for B's and Unitrack Correct?

Pistons diameter for J's i have in the manual but this is irrelevant here.
Anyone got piston diameter and service limit for piston to cylinder clearance for the Unitrack please.

Similarly; Ring end gaps i have data for the J's but not the unitrack.
Anyone got first and second ring end gap data plus service limit for the Unitrack please?

Al, you are welcome to borrow the unitrak service manual supplement if you want? I'll need it back but not before Christmas.

standard bore is 72.5 - 72.512. Service limit is 72.6. For ring gaps it refers you back to base manual section 3-17
