Should fit no problem, only one small difference I know is that the 'J' engine used 'o' rings between the head & barells on the outer studs, where as the Geepster doesn't. (At least the Uni-trak Geepster doesn't) Use something like a Cometic head gasket & it should all be fine.

Better off with a twin shock B1 or B2 head than the GP ZX uni-trak head as it has a different combustion chamber design.
The B1 head will need the injection ports blanking off,but that's it.
Z1000 LTD (K) is the same as 1000J

The uni-trak exhaust valves are at a different angle to the exhaust valves on the J head but only the exhaust valves. They are more 'stood up' allowing a larger exhaust valve diameter than would otherwise be possible.
The only occassion when this is relevant is when fitting high top high comp pistons where you have to have the exhaust valve pockets in the pistons relieved to clear the head of the valves.
Ray Debben did mine for me recently when i bought wiseco 1170 high comp pistons for my J1 to go with a uni-trak head.
