Z1R Clutch Cable
Called into Z Power today for a new clutch cable for my Z1R, Dave Marsden gave me a cable with the heat spring on it, I should know better than question the man, but! on my own bike the existing cable does not have the spring, Dave is of the opinion it is not the original, not sure I think it is, the question I ask is, should the heat spring be on the Z1R cable or not, cannot see one on any old pic's of the bike, should I take of the spring, thanks guys.

David, good question. Made me think "Did the original Z1's have the heat spring on them?"...I know I always fit them... But am I correct?
On the original old high handlebar Z1, I always fit the aftermarket clutch cable from MotionPro... Part # 03-0006. (made in Taiwan).
