Chris
I am starting a concourse restoration of a 73 Z1 and also recently completed a Z1B, I have various No7 bolts and just want to make sure I have the correct bolts on the 2 respective bikes.

i've got those on my A1.

ok, gotta ask, what is the significance? Is it M7? Surely not as that would be really stupid design using a non-standard bolt - surely for the stiwtch gear M6 would have been plenty......???????

7 relates to the tensile strength.

Other less high tensile are marked No.4
