01865872783 dave branch , best to ring after 12noon and upto 10 in the eve , definatly the only guy i would trust to do a proper crank with one of these old aircooled motors ,

Hello,

Spoken to Dave now, knowledgeable chappy he is too :wink:

He can check the crank alignment & re-set, then weld for ?250.

For another ?30 he'll also replace the end plain bearing with a roller bearing :!:

Its a bit more than I can raise at present, so will have to put it on hold until I've paid off a few other bits I've already ordered :??
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!
