I was going to camp at Edersee but chickened out and booked a room. It's more of an apartment really at a place about twenty minutes away round the lake. Seems nice and I've got two spare sofa beds if anyone hasn't booked anywhere, doesn't really want to camp and aren't overly concerned about being off site - £50 for the two nights, Friday and Saturday. pm me if you're interested.
