Been sorting out the chain problem today.Because the chain drops down to the front sprocket it will eat the chainguide in a matter of weeks :evil: Cut the swing arm out in the chain line, just got to weld a new piece of alloy and fit a nylon chain runner to it. In the next week or so. Maybe!!!Imagee

Thanks for your comments. Sorry but no progress latley, Been draging my heals latley!! I just can't build any interest to crack on with it at the moment. I was hoping to build it in twelve months but the way its going it will be twelve years :gom :rir

Had a bit of a play today, Got a chain tensioner started to make a mount for it to fit to frame, going to shorten arm machine up a collar and weld it to arm for a mount for a wheel. Also made some rear foot peg mounts and tacked them on just got to weld them on Image

Mounts look neat & simple Brian.
Don't want to teach anyone to suck egg's, but will the swinger clear the foorest when the suspension is compressed? Can't really tell in the photo.
