Polishing
im at the stage where i have a lot of polishing to do and starting with the cam covers . They are not that bad but seem to be slightly ingrained with dirt , Ive used solvo and maguires metal polish but it seems the only wat to get the real shine to come through is to wet and dry it then polish up a mirror finnish with a polishing kit ive got
Loads of work but its worth it in the end

When I polish,i give things a clean with mr muscle, this seems to even strip anodising off!! Then out with the mops. I used to spend ages with various grades of wet and dry, wearing my fingers down, but would now suggest get the correct gear and do it yourself, you'll get loads of satisfaction, and a very dirty face.
Every silver lining has a cloud...
