MK2 dyna coils information required

#1 PostAuthor: Padders » Wed Jul 22, 2015 12:38 pm

Afternoon all,

I have just purchased this winters project bike and it has a MK2 engine fitted with factory electronic ignition. Can I use a set of Dyna coils I have these are 3 ohms green ones or do I need to purchase the grey ones at 2.2 ohms

Cheers

I don't think putting higher resistance coils on would cause any harm.

As above.
Going with the higher resistance green coils will be fine,
You can now stop sweating and put your wallet back in your pocket
