When fitting the grab rail does the front mount have a large washer between the back face of the rail and the top eye of the suspension unit or does it fit directly to it? The Z Power parts book, page 23, shows two washers on each side indicating one on both the inner and outer faces but many photos show rail mounted directly to suspension unit?
Is there a large washer fitted between the lower mounting boss and the frame mount or does the boss tighten up directly to the frame?
Again the Z Power parts book, page 28, shows two plain washer, one large and one smaller dia? It seems strange to have two washers together on the rear face of the frame plus a spring washer?
