Spark

When I turn the ignition on I get a single spark from plug 1 and 4 .when turning over sometimes sparks sometimes not would this be pick ups or cool.?

What ignition are you using? Have you a good +12v feed to the coils and electronic ignition?

Does the bike do anything when you press the start button? eg misfire. I would expect something if you have any sort of spark.

Check for corrosion on the 2 LT leads and coil terminals and check the HT leads for damage.

All plugs out at the moment was checking spark as bike will not start .fule going in exhaust and backfiring .that is when I saw the spark before touching start button

have you done a resistance check on the pick up coils. have you tried swapping the ignition coils over ?

Fit a NEW set of Denso plugs :wink:

check resistance between each pick up coil. resistance should be 360-540 ohms

Just swaped the coil wires round and the spark goes to 2and 3 not 1 and 4 without touching start button
