I have the standard massive 18 amp hour battery on the J1
Does it really need to be this big if running daytime only and with lights and a few non essentials removed.
It has DYNA S, green coils, standard starter motor, electronic tacho and possibly a brake light.
Any suggestion how i can lighten this installation would be appreciated.
Any suggestions for preferred alternatives that may be smaller and lighter appreciated also.
Motobatt, Gell matting etc.
I am think about sports useage ie. trackdays where sessions last 20 minutes tops.

make sure you get one with the correct amps though but these will give you an idea off whats available.
