CB and myself have tickets for both days and are staying Friday and Saturday nights with Mr Henry - thanks Simon
If the weather's OK we'll ride on our bikes - last of the great optimists, eh ?
we really felt we missed out last year by not staying over

Glad you and CB could make use of the room Ralph. Unfortunately I will not be attending the annual festivities this year for one reason or another but I will do my little bit by helping Steve load (unload) the club stand tri-light.
Hope you all have a great time, and hopefully be there next year.

dont suppose anyone has room to drop a bike (z1) off at my house on the way home (north M6 lancaster jct 34 0r 35) on sat or sunday . plenty of tea/coffee/ biscuits and even some shillings towards fuel.
I hope to buy a z1 on the sat morning.

Blessed with very nice weather, I took the ZRX1100 for the short 40 mile blast to the Stafford show on Saturday.
As always, great to meet up again with the usual Z1OC crowd and take part in the Z1 'swap shop'.
The stand was presented very well again (credit to all involved) as was the high standard of machines on display, though I particularly liked El Presidentes 'Pantall Moriwaki' (I hope it gets what it deserves).
Elsewhere there was a good variety of bikes, and plenty of unbelievable tat to laugh at!
Didn't stay too long due to back pain, but enjoyed myself anyway.
Cheers, Will
