Hi thinking of buying a bike on a Q plate. is it easy to get a age related plate,
bike is a 1975 model.

Personally, I'D KEEP AWAY FROM ANYTHING Q PLATED.
Q plate means ID issues. If the ID wasn't dodgy it wouldn't have been given a Q plate to start with????
A Q plate ANYTHING to me is worth 30 quid!!!

Go for it if you think it's going to be OK.
You need to ask why the current owner and previous owners NEVER got it changed to make it more valuable???
As mentioned earlier, I'd walk away, unless I was going to buy it to break.
