Z1 Factory Service Bulletins Download **Now Available**

#1 PostAuthor: pertonpc » Wed May 09, 2012 5:57 pm

Hi People

I came across a load of scanned Service Bulletins for Z1s and Z900s.

Image

Have combined them into one WORD document which is now available to download if you need it - on my rebuild website.

Get it from the Manuals & Info link if you go via the Home page... It is just below the Z1 Service Manual link
or just click here - http://www.zedrider.co.uk/manuals--info.html

95 pages worth, file size about 14 Mbytes so it will take a couple of minutes to download - but you can save it once you have it the first time.

I'm sorry all the pages are not quite ordered right in a couple of places but it's taken me ages to get this far. If you scroll through it the pics give you a fair clue of what the issue was anyhow.

Hope they will be of some help to folks on here.

Think Ted & Taffus are working on a better set for the future... not sure these are the complete editions... but they cover a lot of problems that get discussed on here e.g. Reg/ Rect issues. Smokey Exhausts etc.

Cheers from Mark

Nice one Mark.......having run a website myself, I know how much effort you've made to make this available to all.

Cheers Guys

I think these were too good not to share - and it gives a good insight into some of the problem solving that the Kawa tech guys did.

e.g. drilling holes into four pipes to prevent corrosion, fitting the sprocket spacer to Z1-B when the chain changed (bet most of those have gone missing)

Just wish I had the full set.

Does anyone have any Z650 Service Bulletins :?:
