Don't be shy...
Hi there, I am Johann and l come from Holland.
I have 2 Kawasaki`s , a 1973 Z1 and a rare Kawasaki Piper Special, both in a unrestored condition.
See my pictures.
Welcome , nice bikes you have there . Never seen or heard of a Piper ( thought it was a long thin and very loud exhaust system ! ) can someone please enlighten me . What motor is under that fairing ? Very impressive.
Richard
Hello, it seems that Piper made only two frames for a Kawasaki engine, this one and the other one from a man in Wales. The Piper frame is of 1975 and have a tuned GPZ1100 engine with 128 hp. Also it have a close-ratio gearbox, magnesium wheels, Lockhead brakes with Magnesium pistons and Titanium bolds and a Aluminium fuel tank. The motorcycle drove some endurance races and has been plucked from the circuit. Yes, it was also on Spa in Belgium (but not by me). It is a shame that such a rare bike is standing still, it belongs to race.....
