new paid up club member has not recieved membership details

hi chaps
ive been chating to a facbook friend who has paid his membership fee but not recieved any membership details.
His name is Keith Berry and he lives in Dalton-in-Furness, cumbria.
please could someone follow this up as he is understandably dissapointed.

be patient Keith, when I joined I had to wait for my membership number to come through. it will happen trust me.
but in the meantime if someone could chase it up, it would not do the club any harm.
