My mkII has been off the road for 15 looong years, 5 of those in a salty environment.....talk about furry!
Hence the decision to go for a total rebuild.
OEM was out once I checked the numbers and realised I have a C3 engine in an A3A frame.
Anyhow, as the most complex work I have ever performed on a bike was switching out the transmission on a '72 RD350, many years ago, I will be asking more than a few questions.
Please be gentle and hopefully I won't make too much of an ar*e of myself! :rake
