Photobucket is one method for putting pictures onto the site.
Perhaps not the easiest, but it does get there in the end.
Long version leaving nothing out: Upload part first of all.
Open a Photobucket account (free as yet)
photobucket.com
This is an example of a typical 'log in' screen.

Select photos and video to upload.

Click the button marked as such.

This will open up your own locations on your own PC.
Find what you want to upload to photobucket in the location you stored it at.

Rummage your own PC 'till you find the picture you want to share and; double click on it.
This will initiate the upload to Photobucket for storage there.
You should see a progress bar to tell you its happening and after a minute or so the picture or video will appear on the screen as below.

To the right hand side of your picture will be a box with different codes of the new location of your picture.
All the same but for different types of sharing.
Click the one marked img code and momentarily it will glow yellow as below.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Part two: copying the code onto youre Z1OC post here:
Leaving Photobucket open and active, now switch to your Z1OC 'window'.
You have or will prepare a post to put a picture into and you now need to paste the img code that you created and 'copied' as above.
The code is stored in the mouse so with a right click of the mouse; up pops the 'editing choices' box and if you select 'paste' from that list the mouse will deposit the img code on your Z1OC post as below.

Your written text and the img code should now appear as you see it below.
Clicking on 'preview' will show you what has been done and if the transfer was done correctly, the view of your picture will appear as a completed piece with the text if you have written anything to accompany it or annotate it.
As below.

Press 'submit' and there is your visible finished post with picture embedded.

Good luck
